1. Golfmates do our best to ensure all information on the Site is accurate. If you find any inaccurate information on the Site let us know and we will correct it, where we agree, as soon as practicable.

You should ensure information that you send to us is accurate and does not breach anyone else's rights or is libellous, obscene, menacing, threatening, offensive, abusive, fraudulent, criminal or infringes the rights of other people or is any way illegal. 2. You authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name and address, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through our website by us or our successors.

1. We provide some information on the Site free of charge of any access charge. Where we provide a chargeable service to you we accept liability for direct loss arising from our not having used reasonable skill and care in the provision of such service up to the price you have paid us in any year, in the year of claim. In no event shall we be liable to you any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or information on the Site.
2. We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation that cannot, under English law, be excluded.

1. We reserve the right to bar users from the Site, on a permanent or temporary basis at our discretion. Any such user shall be notified and must not the attempt to use the Site under any other user.

1. All Membership services are clearly marked as chargeable on the site and the price is £10 per annum. You provide your card details as payment, in advance. You must be 18 years or older. We reserve the right to reject your order.
2. We use WorldPay plc, who operate a secure server, to process our credit card payments. They encrypt Members' credit or debit card information and authorise payment directly. This means that Members' credit card details are never revealed to us.
3. Fees paid by a Member will not be rebated or refunded by Golfmates, unless the Golfmates Service for which the Member has subscribed is completely withdrawn from that Member by us other than in circumstances permitted under this Agreement.
4. You will not be entitled to any refund of the annual fee. Your Membership will last for twelve months. If you wish to continue with Membership after the expiry of that twelve-month period, we will enable you to do so, at our then-current terms and prices. But please note that we reserve the right to change the amount of the fee for Membership, the period that it covers, the services that it enables you to obtain and other factors from time to time.
5. All personal information entered in the Registration process will be subject to our privacy policy. It is up to you to ensure that the information that you enter is accurate.

We will try to make our website available but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruption or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website and, in particular, you must not attempt top circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other Internet connected device.

1. We may assign, transfer, novate or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time.
2. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following all use of our website will be governed by that version. You must check the terms and conditions on the website regularly.
3. In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.
4. English law shall apply to these terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts. The place of performance shall be England.
5. We make no warranty or guarantee that the Site or information available over it complies with laws other than those of England.
6. Except in respect of a payment obligation, neither you nor Golfmates will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond your or Golfmates respective reasonable control
7. Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right.
